Nancy has literally done it all— She’s worked in just about every role a school has to offer, from receptionist all the way to Campus Director. That hands-on experience gives her a rare perspective, and it shows in the way she trains and supports education professionals.
Nancy has led seminars and workshops for thousands across the country, sharing practical strategies for admissions, enrollment management, and student engagement. She’s also the author of several well-regarded manuals and online courses used by schools nationwide.
What makes Nancy unforgettable isn’t just her expertise—it’s her delivery. Her sessions are insightful, engaging, and often filled with humor that keeps people learning and laughing.
Outside of work, Nancy’s life is just as interesting. She’s flown over 5 million miles (yes, really), and she even got her start as a child actress—no wonder she knows how to command a room.

Daniel has been in higher education since 2010, working with schools to strengthen student recruitment and engagement strategies. With a background in business development, strategic planning, and grassroots marketing, he brings a well-rounded approach to driving results and boosting enrollment. He’s also co-authored 15 training courses focused on building stronger teams and improving performance. Daniel is passionate about developing talent and fostering a culture of innovation—something he brings to every project and partnership.

Meet Paul Gordon, our Vice President and Co-Founder. Paul's journey began as an Admissions Representative, and he later advanced to Director of Admissions and School Director roles. Through these experiences, Paul gained invaluable insights into the recruiting and training needs of educational institutions. Paul's impact extends far beyond his impressive resume. He has been a successful consultant to over a hundred schools across the U.S., Canada, and Puerto Rico. His unique ability to foster teamwork and drive enrollment has earned him the appreciation of his clients. They value Paul's empathy, motivational skills, and personal touch. But Paul's story doesn't end there. When he's not busy transforming the world of education, you can find him on the golf course indulging his passion for the game. He also loves to explore new culinary experiences and is always eager to try new foods and flavors. Paul's dedication to excellence and his zest for life both inside and outside the office makes him an invaluable asset to our team.
